Interesting. I've not seen that output before... suffice to say that if it's
not something which we've seen or has been reported, we can't possibly add
support for it.
Could you list what events are caused when trying the other keys?

Brightness is handled by the BIOS, and rfkill is handled by the kernel (given
the presence of rfkill-input).
