I do not think packging a web site is a good idea, see what happen
to the idea to package the penguin site tutorials.

A relatively easy to do idea:

You can make debian package of a script that will make a backup of
benyehuda site on the locale machine. for offline browsing.

Other ideas, more hard work :-)

1) You can make a benyehuda iso file that will include a backup image of
benyehuda site on date x.x.x

2) You can make a script that will create such an iso file automatic
from benyehuda site.

3) You can make a script that will convert all the texts in the
project to pure utf-8 texts,
making it easy to archive / sort / search ... them
