[Debian-hebrew-common] Culmus & Culmus-fancy font location

My knowladge in this field is minimal, but just a few comments:
1.The Culmus Fonts work well in Debian (Etch/Sid).
2.My modified package (see my reply in the bug report), does not seem to
work in dapper.
3. I am really tired, so if my massage makes no sense you may (and advised
to) ignore it :)
