so i've made some good progress on this "simple" cdd concept.

i've got a script which you merely edit 1 configuration file, and point
it to a file with a list of packages and another with debconf questions,
and it'll generate a debian-installer cd. (and it even builds as a
non-root user! :)

at the moment, it makes a debian-installer CD with the selected packages
(and their dependencies, i think) and pre-seeds the debconf database.
next step should be to install the selected packages, and i think i know
how to do that (but must sleep sometime).

i also need to merge what i've learned back into the simple cdd
tutorial. (i've mostly been working on scripts in the
people/vagrant/simple-cdd dir so far)

there's lots of things that could be done to make the scripts better,
but they're functional for me so far.  a little work and i think it'll
work quite nicely.

after it's able to install packages, i think i'd like to work out a
simple method for some basic custom profiles (again, only package
selection on debconf pre-seeding)...

only been able to test it in qemu, so the development cycle is a bit
slow...
