Hello,

Today I implemented this into the 'debtags' commandline tool:

debtags tag add <package> <tags>
debtags tag rm <package> <tags>
debtags tag ls <package>
	These allow to create scripts to tag packages:

debtags submit
	Submits the local tag patch to the central database.  Handy :)
	Also works as "debtags submit patchfile".

	We can now do:
	  debtags tag add <package> implemented-in::c
	  debtags submit
	Cute!

debtags todo
	View installed packages that are not yet tagged.

debtags score
	Looks for the "best istallation candidates":
	gives points to tags depending on how many packages are installed and
	have that tag.  Then sorts the non-installed packages by tag score.
	[proposed by Ender quite some time ago]
