Debian Tag Browser on debian.vitavonni.de, bug with "debtags update" on etch?

I don't think changing a 'paper' is really appropriate.
I'll put up a message on debian.vitavonni.de
and it should be obvious that an article dated 2005 is probably not
entirely accurate anymore. The main web site doesn't link to the old
package browser anymore.
