Nothing wrong.  I configured same, and the result is:

    -rwxr-xr-x 1 gniibe gniibe 107520 Jan 21 11:59 gnuk.bin
    -rwxr-xr-x 1 gniibe gniibe 555886 Jan 21 11:59 gnuk.elf
    -rw-r--r-- 1 gniibe gniibe 168816 Jan 21 11:59 gnuk.map

I'm using GCC 4.9 (2014Q4) from gcc-arm-embedded.  'gcc --version'
says:
