 Silently removing files below /etc is definitely against policy. Maybe
put it as note in the README. People setting debconf to high are those
annoyed by useless crap at the lower levels (I have the old libwww-perl
in mind...) -- but we definitely shouldn't join that group. There is no
real reason for this to be high at all.
