[newmaint-site] Moar contributors, and listed by name

Hello,

I've now implemented a new trick during maintenance, such that if a
contribution has been done using an email address listed as an email
forward address of a debian or alioth account, it is autoassociated to
the person for that account.

Also, I've added a full_name field to the User model, and made it fully
editable by people who are logged in.

So now we went from:
   This is a list of all the 2480 people who contribute to Debian [era]
   607 people contributed to Debian until 2014 [era]
 to:
   This is a list of all the 3226 people who contribute to Debian [è]
   900 people contributed to Debian until 2014 [è]

And people are finally listed by name, which they can edit if it doesn't
show the way they like.
