Finished run through BioConductor with cran2deb.
* display last 15 lines of log at failure
* lots of dependencies (most should actually be redundant)
* dependencies do not work with BioConductor, must be a stupid issue but I did not find/look for it.
* data repositories not yet addressed, most non-compilinig packages fail due to missing GeneOntology data
