I think we will do our best to avoid having qt5ct in the archive, as the way 
it works may be problematic for Plasma.

Dmitry Schanev is about to push an upstream snapshot in order to have this 
theme back.

Well, Cinnamon maintainers will probably need to re patch it so it exports 
QT_QPA_PLATFORMTHEME=gtk2 to make the theme work.
