That might be the source of some confusion. You think that this bug
relates to a package dependency. The title I see for the bug is "cupsd
process exits after serving one request". And the OP describes how to
reproduce the bug, pretty much the same way as what I described, but
visiting localhost:631 instead of running lpstat.
