[Evolution] Bug#384932: Option to confirm before sending with shortcut key, or to disable it

Package: evolution
Version: 2.6.3-1

When composing a mail in Evolution, the keyboard shortcut Ctrl-Enter
will send the mail without any confirmation. Evolution should either
offer the option of confirming first (perhaps with a "don't ask me
again" or similar), or disabling the shortcut entirely. Preferably one
of those two options should get enabled by default, to avoid potential
problems caused by encountering this feature unexpectedly.
