[debian-freedict] Package descriptions -- less technical

For package names this will be impossible. There is for one package justt one
package name Debian-wide, which makes sense in packaging terms. In descriptions
this is absolutely no problem. We could even autogenerate the translations,
IMHO. I'll investigate this and would then ask you to translate some of the
descriptions.
