the iso_3166.pot in the
ftp://pkg-isocodes.alioth.debian.org/pub/pkg-isocodes/iso-codes-3.8.tar.bz2
also has this problem, and it's a minor issue, so just ignore this.

we got an email from robot at translationproject.org[1] that there is a
new version in the TP repo, so I update it.
if you have doubt on this, you can send a mail to
coordinator at translationproject.org, he can check the robot log, maybe
he can give you an explain on this.
