Well, I need to double check with the ISO 3166 maitnenance agency web
site. I am generally the one doing such update to "upstream" strings
and I take great care to use the exact spelling mentioned on the
ISO-3166 maintenance agency web site (in the case of ISO-3166, this is
in their newsletter which are the only freely available information as
the full standard is not freely distributed).

All other occurrences of ", Republic of" are indeed capitalized, so
that should be the same for Moldova and the probability of a mistake
of mine is not null. I'm not online right now but I'll check ASAP.
