    restore libkcompactdisc compatibility
    
    since libkcddb < 4.10 include also libkcompactdisc (which is now split in own packages),
    in order to avoid breakages the libkcddb packages have to provide the same files they were providing earlier:
    thus, make libkcddb4 depend on libkcompactdisc4, and libkcddb-dev on libkcompactdisc-dev
    (since libkcddb does not use libkcompactdisc)
