- Some files are under LGPL v2 (without an option for any later version),
- so include the full LGPL v2. I used the version in kdelibs/licenses
- however, not the version attached to the review request, as our copy has
- been updated to reflect the FSF's preferred wording (Lesser vs. Library,
- etc.)
