    Revert "Update changelog for 4:5.7.4-2~2.gbpb5f9fa release"
    
    Remove nonsense added by dumb tools -- changelog was already fine as
    it was.
    
    This reverts commit 44c74058a1914c5244b41c4af5bfc006490a1313.
