    update B-Ds
    
    - remove libglew-dev, and shared-desktop-ontologies: unused
    - add libxml2-dev, indirectly needed by the pkg-config files of
      libetonyek, and libvisio (it was not an issue, as the non-pkg-config
      way was then used)
