I had few questions about the SQL migration logic that I wasn't sure while I 
was building this version of the package.

I was pretty sure VERSION is supposed to be the Debian package version, but 
the migration sql files in roundcube-plugins-kolab are by date, so there needs 
to be a translation to release numbers.

There's also the question of how many version numbers to map, as techncially 
there has never been an official released for Debian. 

Though it's probably a good idea to make this version of the packaging 
compatible with upgrading from the kolabsys versions.
