mediawiki-math and friends are in NEW now, shouldn't be more than a 
couple of days before they're through. The arch:all part does not 
configure itself automatically in LocalSettings.php though, I would 
welcome some input on the best way to do that if at all.

I started work on 1.19 last night and it looks to be fairly 
straightforward from 1.18.
