How is this wrong?
mediawiki-extensions-math is the first package in a long, long time that
I had to install with --without-recommends - there is a reason why
recommends are installed by default.

I didn't install texlive-latex-extra so far, because it was just a
recommendation. (wheezy)
When was this dependency introduced, and on which component does it
actually depend?
