[Pkg-mutt-maintainers] Maintainer/Uploaders change with 1.6.2, when was this discussed?

Hi everyone,
while I was replying to Kevin's email and having a look at the changelog, I
noticed that the Maintainer was switched from me (antonio at dyne.org) to "Mutt
Maintainers" (this list).

Can you please point me when and where this was discussed? I don't remember
intervening in this discussion but I might have missed it.

As mutt was not an orphaned package I believe that any change to the Maintainer
field should have been discussed with the actual maintainer.
