| Becausethe bug tracking system provides an organised way to post a bug
| and follow its development, so it is easy to see if it is still open,
| closed and so on.
I would like to have a bug tracker specifically for Octave bugs as
well, but I do not have the time to manage it, and so we need someone
who can take on the job of setting it up and maintaining it.
| Additionally, I use M-x debian bug, which is fast for me and provides
| all the necessary details automatically.
|
| In summary, there is a bug reporting framework that is working and easy
| to use.

| As far as I know, it is not much work for them, and the advantages
| outweigh the drawbacks. Am I wrong? If that is the case, I'll try to
| change my habits.
They will have to say whether it is a hassle. But I am not seeing
them forwarded to the Octave bug list in any case.
