[php-maint] question on session save path

As long as it's under /var/lib, it's not a policy violation to change that 
directory. On the other side, I see no immediate reason to change the session 
store directory. Best would be to check with the previous maintainer why that 
was done. If there's no clear reason for it I'd revert it.
