I think both php-crypt-blowfish and php-net-dns are ok now.

About php-services-weather, there's still some comments I would like to
make. I see these dependencies:

Recommends: php-cache (>= 1.5.3), php-db (>= 1.4.0), php-net-ftp (>=
1.3.1), php-soap (>= 0.7.5), php-xml-serializer (>= 0.8)

Just checking: are you SURE that you need to have all these version
checks? How come if it's only in Recommends? It doesn't seem right to
me, as one could install another version (as this isn't a strong Depends:).

Appart from that, I don't see any issue. I'll try to find time to upload
php-crypt-blowfish and php-net-dns, and I will wait for your answer
about php-services-weather.

Note that if I can't find the time to upload today, this will have to
wait a week more until I come back from Vietnam on the 17th (as I'm
going to FOSSASIA for the 5th Asian miniDebconf).
