New debtags example

Hello,

I added a new example for the debtags module.  I think it's very cool so
I advertise it here:

$ ./tagminer ~/dscf0048.jpg
Debtags query: works-with-format::jpg && works-with::image && works-with::image:raster
Available actions: viewing, organizing, editing, checking, entertaining, downloading

$ ./tagminer --action=editing ~/dscf0048.jpg
Debtags query: works-with::image:raster && works-with::image && works-with-format::jpg && role::program && use::editing
albumshaper - Photo album creator and photo manipulator
metapixel - generator for photomosaics

$ ./tagminer --action=editing ~/tabella_b.ods
Debtags query: works-with::spreadsheet && role::program && use::editing
sc - Text-based spreadsheet with VI-like keybindings
gnumeric - GNOME spreadsheet application
oleo - GNU spreadsheet program

It requires python-extractor, python-magic, python-apt and of course
python-debtags.  The results aren't so exciting because the tag data
does not seem to be ready to handle such accurate queries, but the
queries that are built are quite neat, and the tag data will improve.

By the way, now that etch is frozen, should we think of uploading to
unstable?
