Upload to unstable?

Hello,

I've been approached today by people asking to have the new
python-debian in unstable, as they want to run bzr-buildpackage.

I'd like to have it in unstable as well, because of the new debtags
things.

Are we ready for a new upload?
Everyone ok for it to go to unstable?
Can I just bzr merge from
sftp://bzr.debian.org/bzr/pkg-python-debian/trunk/
then go on?
