okay, with this, I think everyone agrees to relicence it as GPL v2 or
later. I therefore prepare the following diff:

Anyone of the copyright holders cares to apply?

I think we should be ready for upload to unstable now. bzr-builddeb 0.18
is only waiting for this ;)
