I'd suggest to not put this information in /e/n/i but in some other
place, because thats the easiest way to disable the new
/etc/wpa_supplicant/ifupdown.sh. I could surely imagine that some other
package uses wpasupplicant as roaming daemon to implement something
useful with ifplugd+guessnet+wpasupplicant. This would mean that this
package had this depends line:

Depends: wpasupplicant (>= 0.4.8-1), ifplugd, guessnet

Would you like to maintain that integration package yourself in a
different package or shall we integrate this in the wpasupplicant
package and split this to a binary package of its own?
