[Shootout-list] Why do we have all these Error programs?

There seem to be a large number of failing programs for old benchmarks?

We have 20 failing programs for "statistics"

There's another 8 for something as simple as "sum-file", another 8 for
"regex", another 8 for "heapsort", another 8 for "random" ... etc
