[Shootout-list] Why do we have all these Error programs?

My mistake.

Some of the data files actually are being used by the build and run
script, and I moved the data files to a new folder...

(You may have noticed that we are trying to preserve the Doug Bagley
version of shootout while developing a new version; until yesterday I
manually copied the data folders into the folder hierarchy of the old
version. Now both versions use the same timing data files.)

That just leaves the other Error programs ...
