[Splashy-devel] new wiki

Hello all,

I updated the wiki software with the latest and greatest dokuwiki release.
If you see any problems, please report it ASAP!

So far it seems to work fine and I really don't see the difference(s)
between this and the old system. The changelog talks about bug fixes though.
That's always a good reason to upgrade ;-)
