[Splashy-devel] Bug#497118: Bug#497118: splashy: still does not work with console-setup

This is in part because of a patch that was removed from directfb and
the fact that Lenny might have older sysv-rc package.

The new initrc scripts use /etc/console.d/ and /etc/kbd/ to run extra
scripts while the console or keyboard, respectively, are being setup.
