i would like to express another opinion. i think that the features are 
affecting scores and should be specified for each language for each test.

those interested in the features of a particular language 
(implementation, if more than one) should be sent to the home page of 
that language/implementation. or if somebody already has made such 
''eature compilation of all languages'' web pages, to those pages.

i do not think it is a good thing (tm) to duplicate that kind of 
information, again.
